Brief Qualification:
1. Having good knowledge in general computer techinical support
2. Having knowledge in database system and created report.
3. Having knowledge in networking setting, instalation and maintenance.

EDP Staff
Requirements:
· Having good knowledge in:
o Windows Server 2003/2000,
o Database System, SQL Server, MS Access,
o SQL Programing (SQL Server 2000)
o Visual Basic, Crystal Report.
o Maintenance LAN/WAN,
o Computer Security system and firewall,
o Familiar with MS Office and Imaging Software
· Having good knowledge in Wireless LAN / Hotspot
· Having good knowledge in software and hardware trouble shooting.
· Good interpersonal and communication skills, a teamplayer and able to work well and under pressure even with minimum supervision.

Main Responsibility :
· Monitoring reliability of network infrastructure and operating systems on multiple platforms. Diagnose and repair problems.
· Managing the acquisition, installation and maintenance of the organization's local area network and wide area networks.
· Managing overall corporate IT infrastructure and security systems.
· Evaluating and recommending changes to current and future data communication requirement.
· Identifying the technical and resources needed to support the requirement of business.
· Managing Data Center and ensure reliability of the IT system in supporting the day-to-day operations.
· Managing system and application data backup and backup site for Disaster Recovery Plan.
· Responsible for all security of the computer systems and control the authorization of user access.
· Providing technical and solution consulting services to end-user.
